ARE YOU ON THE EDGE?

There is no one clear sign if you are suffering from stress, but there are symptoms. Displaying one symptom in one or more of the three sections indicates that you are perfectly normal and have nothing to worry about. If you are displaying two or three symptoms in more than one of these sections, you are stretching yourself too far and are certainly tense. Three or more symptoms in a couple of sections means you are pre-disposed to a stress related outcome such as a nervous breakdown or the failure of your immune system. It is not good enough to address only the symptoms; you need to tackle the source of the problem; which could be lack of balance between home and work or relationship issues. If you have more than five problems in two or more categories; it is vital that you seek help.
