E.F.T. is a leading Energy technique which effectively reduces the impact of a wide range of physical and emotional issues including Fears, Phobias, Performance Anxiety, Insomnia. It is a form of tapping technique which is sometimes explained as Acupuncture without needles. It is a simple yet sophisticated and dynamic technique.
It may be used combined with other therapies or as a standalone technique. It’s a simple yet dynamic technique and I teach every client how to use it. It also forms part of Daily Energy Routine, which I give to my clients.
Current research shows that EFT is not a temporary change. EFT is a very effective self regulation tool which I encourage all of my clients to use on a daily basis.
